To disable the 3d rank plugin;
Enter the amx_cvar "xpm_3drank 0" command in the console with admin cvar authority and change the map. You can set it permanently by adding it to amxx.cfg.

xpm_damage_up 1/0 | Toggles the +Hp Bonus on or off.
xpm_heal_up 1/0 | Toggles the +Hp Bonus on or off.
xpm_start 200 | starting exp level
xpm_inc = 50 | required exp level after leveling up
xpm_maxlevel 25 | maximum level
xpm_kill 15 | exp point added for killing someone
xpm_knife 25 | exp point added for killing someone with a knife
xpm_3drank 1/0 | 3drank can be toggled on or off once per map
cvar xpm_headshot 35 | EXP points added when headshot is hit
